This two night event happened because art generated more art. Last year, both Fr. Samuel and Sr. Jordan Rose wrote poetry (unbeknownst to each other) inspired by their prayer with an Immaculate Heart painting I completed five years ago. Receiving these poems inspired me to revisit Mary’s heart through a new series of paintings, which led to Behold this Heart– a collaborative, immersive art experience.
